COLLETON COUNTY, SC – Authorities have arrested an alleged impaired driver for a fatal crash on Lowndes Landing Rd near Parkers Ferry Rd Saturday.
According to WYFF, Lee Rollin McClary, 40, was driving an ATV when it overturned and killed his passenger at around 2:15 p.m.
Police charged McClary with felony driving under the influence resulting in death and booked him in the Colleton County Detention Center.
Officials have not identified the victim.
