EASTOVER, SC – According to WIS, a person lost their life in a collision at U.S. Hwy 601 and Governor Heyward Rd Tuesday.
Mecca S. Windsor, 29, died in the accident.
The incident is under investigation by the Richard County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
