SUMTER COUNTY, SC – According to WIS, a driver lost their life in a two-vehicle collision on SC 441 Wednesday.
Lawrence Gipson, 46, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee south on SC 441 when he rear-ended a dump truck stopped for a school bus.
Rescue crews pronounced Gipson dead at the scene of the accident and transported the dump truck driver to an area hospital.
