COLLETON COUNTY, SC – According to WPDE, a passenger died in a single-vehicle collision on I-95 Sunday.
A male pickup truck driver was heading south on I-95 when he swerved to avoid hitting another vehicle before colliding with multiple trees around 3 p.m.
Rescue crews extricated the female passenger and pronounced her dead at the scene. The driver was able to get out of the car on his own. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.
