WINNSBORO, SC – One person was killed when a pickup truck struck a postal vehicle on Thursday, WLTX reports.
According to officials, the crash happened around 12pm on High Street near Parklane Drive.
The driver of the postal vehicle, 33-year-old LouAnn Williams of Columbia, was killed after the truck collided with the side of the postal vehicle and knocked it on its side, leaving Williams trapped.
The Department of Public Safety and the Coroner’s Office are investigating the incident.
