LAURENS COUNTY, SC – One person was killed in a car accident on Interstate 385 on Sunday morning, WSPA reports.
The crash happened around 6am on I-385 near mile marker 22 on Sunday, December 18.
The two vehicles involved stuck each other head-on when one was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes. The wrong way driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the other driver was taken to an area hospital.
The crash is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
