CONWAY, SC – Four people were injured in a three-vehicle crash at US 701 and Adrian Hwy Wednesday, according to WMBF.
Rescue crews were called to the scene of the accident around 7:45 a.m.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
