HORRY COUNTY, SC – According to WBTW, four people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision on the ramp from Hwy 501 to SC 22 Friday.
Emergency responders were called to the scene of the accident around 7:23 a.m.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
