ANDERSON, SC – Four people were injured after a crash involving a police car Tuesday night, WSPA reports.

The incident occurred on Murray Avenue at Market Street around 7:52pm.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the police car ran a red light and crashed into a car driving on Market Street.

The officer driving has been charged with disregarding a traffic signal.
