CONWAY, SC – A multi-vehicle crash sent four people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon, WMBF reports.
The crash completely blocked the area of N. Highway 701 at Highway 319, and the public was asked to seek alternate routes.
Four people were sent to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
Horry County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Rescue responded to the accident. South Carolina Highway Patrol were also at the scene.
