COLUMBIA, SC – According to WIS, a deputy from the Richard County Sheriff’s Department was hurt in a two-vehicle accident on Farrow Rd Saturday.

Gabrielle Wilson, 29, was is suspected of being impaired when she collided with a patrol vehicle driven by deputy Kameron Locklear around 9:30 p.m.

Rescue crews transported deputy Locklear to an area hospital with an arm injury.

Authorities charged Wilson with DUI and driving under suspension.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
