MYRTLE BEACH, SC –  A driver was charged with felony DUI resulting in death following a deadly crash near SC 31 and International Dr on April 24, according to WMBF.

Cameron Conger, 30, was driving a GMC Suburban when he strayed off the road and crashed into a tree around 1:10 p.m. Conger’s passenger, Courtney Beebe, 24, died in the crash.

Rescue crews transported Conger to an area hospital following the wreck.

Authorities took Conger into custody once he was released from the hospital on Tuesday.

Conger posted bail and has been released from jail.
