COLUMBIA, SC – A hit-and-run driver fatally struck Frank S. Baker Jr., 70, on the 7500 block of Garners Ferry Rd Tuesday, according to WOLO.
The incident is under investigation by the Columbia Police Department and the Richland County Coroner.
