RICHLAND COUNTY, SC – According to WIS, the Richland County Corner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal collision that happened on Congaree Rd near Adams Hayne Rd Saturday.
Henry A. Higgins Jr., 27, died in the wreck around 2:30 a.m.
