SCRANTON, SC – A driver died after crashing into a building on the 1800 block of Hwy 52 Wednesday, according to SC Now.
Nathan Hammond, 44, was driving a Chevrolet van north on Hwy 52 when he strayed off the road and hit the structure at around 10:54 p.m.
It is unclear if Hammond died a the scene of the accident or at an area hospital.
The incident is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
