WEST COLUMBIA, SC – According to WIS, a driver fatally struck a pedestrian at Sunset Blvd and Saluda Woods Pl Friday.
The driver hit Milton Timothy Decker, 53, as Decker crossed the street around 5:30 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Decker dead at the scene of the accident.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the West Columbia Police Department.
