DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian at W Smith Ave and Weaver St Tuesday, according to WPDE.
A Honda SUV driver was driving east when they hit Michael Small, 42, around 9 p.m.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
