SOCASTEE, SC – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian on Socastee Blvd near Weeks Dr Saturday, according to WBTW.
The driver hit Gabriel Carrillo Palma, 53, as Palma was crossing the road around 8:20 p.m.
The incident is under investigation by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety with assistance from the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.
