DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC – According to WBTW, one person died in a two-vehicle collision at Ousleydale Rd and Pond Hollow Rd Sunday.
The drivers of a GMC SUV and an Infinity sedan were on northbound Ousleydale Rd when they hit each other around 4:30 a.m. The collision caused both vehicles to slam into a ditch. The SUV driver plowed into a power pole before rolling over.
Rescue crews transported the SUV driver and their two passengers to an area hospital, where the driver died. The sedan driver and their passenger were not hurt in the collision.
The incident is under investigation.
