GOOSE CREEK, SC – According to Live 5 News, a driver struck and killed a pedestrian on Red Bank Rd near Mars Ln on Dec. 15.
An SUV driver hit Bryan Frye, 41, around 7:30 p.m.
The incident is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office.
