WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, SC – A driver was hurt when they slammed into the rear of a school bus at Thurgood Marshall Hwy and Olivia Rd Monday, according to WCSC.

An SUV driver hit the back of the school bus around 6:30 a.m.

Rescue crews transported the SUV driver to an area hospital following the collision.

None of the 14 students on the bus were hurt in the incident.

Officials have not released the SUV driver’s name.
