CHARLESTON, SC – A driver hit and injured a pedestrian on Spring St Friday morning, according to WCBD.
The driver collided with the pedestrian around 6:15 a.m.
Following the collision, rescue crews transported the pedestrian to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The incident is under investigation by the Columbia Police Department.
