LADSON, SC – A man lost his life after he was struck by a driver on the 800 block of College Park Rd Sunday, according to WCSC.
Drew Holler, 43, assisted a disabled motorist in the median when the driver of a Jeep SUV collided with him and the disabled vehicle around 1:59 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Holler dead at the scene of the accident.
The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating the incident.
