LEXINGTON, SC – According to WIS, one person died in a head-on collision on the 500 block of Old Charleston Rd Friday.
A driver was traveling north in the southbound lanes of Old Charleton Rd when they collided with a vehicle driven by Patricia A. McCutcheon, 61, around 7:30 p.m.
First responders pronounced McCutcheon dead at the scene of the accident. They transported McCutcheon’s passenger and the other driver to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
