NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – A hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a bicyclist on Ashley Phosphate Rd near Fennell St Saturday, according to WCBD.
A Toyota driver was on eastbound Ashley Phosphate Rd when they hit the bicyclist around 11:25 p.m.
Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the incident to contact them.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident
