CHARLESTON, SC – According to WCBD, a hit-and-run driver collided with two pedestrians at Columbus St and Meeting St Friday.
The driver hit the two pedestrians around 2 a.m. Rescue crews transported the two victims to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the Charleston Police Department’s Major Accident Team. They urge anyone with information concerning the collision to contact them.
