ST STEPHEN, SC – A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a pedestrian on Hwy 52 near Kelton Rd Monday, according to WCSC.
The driver hit Oneal Parker, 29, around 1:13 a.m.
The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating the incident.
