FLORENCE, SC – A moped rider was hospitalized after colliding with a vehicle in Florence this morning.
According to a report by SC Now, the crash took place at about 9 a.m. within the intersection of South McCall Boulevard and East Palmetto Street.
Police say the incident involved a moped and a Kia Sedan. The driver of the moped was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear if the driver of the sedan was injured in the crash.
