SURFSIDE BEACH, SC – One person was killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday evening in Surfside Beach, The Sun News reports.
The accident happened on Highway 544 near Maryport Drive around 6:45pm on Sunday, October 31.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the incident occurred when an SUV was turning left onto Highway 544 and struck the motorcycle traveling west on the highway.
The driver and passenger in the SUV were uninjured. The driver of the motorcycle was killed.
