HORRY CO., SC – The man involved in a September 10 crash on Highway 17 succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, WMBF reports.
The crash occurred as a tractor-trailer was attempting to turn east from Highway 17 Business to Mt. Gilead Road and was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
The drive of the vehicle, 63-year-old John Blakely Jr., was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died on September 23rd.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
