HARTSVILLE, SC – Officials have released the name of the man who died in a collision on Ruby Rd near Old Camden Rd Monday.

According to WBTW, Christopher Wayne McManus, 42, was driving a Kia SUV north on Ruby Rd when he strayed into the southbound lanes of traffic near Old Camden Rd and collided with a fire truck around 12:15 a.m.

EMS crews pronounced McManus dead at the scene and transported the firetruck driver to an area hospital where he was treated and released.
