CHARLESTON CO., SC – All eastbound lanes of I-26 were shut down after a dump truck overturned early Thursday morning.
According to WCSC, the crash took place shortly after 6:30 a.m. near the I-526 interchange.
It is unclear what caused the truck to overturn in the roadway. However, at least one person was injured as a result.
Major delays were reported for some time afterward while crews worked to clear the scene.
