LYDIA, SC – One person is dead after a driver slammed into an utility pole on Indian Branch Rd Monday morning, according to WBTW.
The driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with the utility pole around 5:15 a.m. First responders pronounced a passenger in the vehicle, Antwan Lucas, 25, dead at the scene and transported the driver to an area hospital in unknown condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
