LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC – A pedestrian was killed when they were struck by two vehicles on Kennerly Road on Sunday, Cola Daily reports.

According to officials, the accident happened around 6:15pm on Sunday, December 26 on Kennerly Road.

The incident occurred when the victim was pushing a disabled moped and was struck by a vehicle, pushing him into the way of another vehicle which also struck him.

The victim was identified as Timothy T. Wright, 47, of Irmo. He died from his injuries on scene.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
