CHARLESTON, SC – Rush-hour commuters were faced with delays following a crash on US-17 heading out of Charleston this morning.
According to Live 5 Traffic, the crash took place at about 8 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway, along the Rivenel Bridge.
