LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC — A vehicle crash was reported Friday afternoon on North Lake Drive near northwest Columbia, according to the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
The accident was reported at the intersection with Red Cliff Road, just southeast of Yacht Cove. Troop 1 with the South Carolina Highway Patrol responded to the scene shortly after receiving the call at 1:24 p.m.
Authorities have not released details regarding the events leading up to the wreck, or the vehicles involved.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
As of 3:27 p.m., more than two hours later, the scene remained on the roadway.
