WEST COLUMBIA, SC – Two people lost their lives in a two-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck at August Rd and 12th St on September 18, according to WIS.
Alton Ray Keisler, 56, was driving a semi-truck when he collided with an SUV around 11:30 p.m.
Keisler and a 16-year-old girl from the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The incident is under investigation by the West Columbia Police Department.
