FLORENCE, SC – One person was hospitalized and another was arrested after a six-vehicle crash involving a stolen vehicle in Florence on Wednesday.
According to a report by SC Now, the crash was first reported at about 5:45 p.m. when the driver of a stolen vehicle crashed into several other vehicles at Cherokee Road and South Irby Street.
The suspect got out of the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot, but was caught and arrested a short time later.
One person involved in the crash was extricated by firefighters and taken to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
