BERKELEY COUNTY, SC – A driver lost their life following a two-vehicle collision on westbound I-26 west of Jedburg Rd Saturday, according to WCSC.
Brandon Nesmith, 31, was driving a Toyota Tundra when he strayed off the road, overcorrected, and collided with a Honda Accord around 4:22 p.m. The collision sent both cars offroad and into a cable barrier. Nesmith’s vehicle then rolled over.
Rescue crews transported Nesmith to an area hospital, where he died.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
