DILLON, SC – According to WMBF, authorities are investigating a deadly crash that killed two people near US 501 and Kentyre Rd Friday.
The driver of a Nissan Pathfinder was heading north on US 501 when he strayed off the road and slammed into an embankment.
Rescue crews transported two people to an area hospital, where they died.
Officials have not released the victims’ names.
