RICHLAND COUNTY, SC – According to SCDPS, at least one person was hurt in a traffic accident at Hard Scrabble Rd and Summit Pkwy Tuesday.
The collision was reported to authorities around 10:44 a.m.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
