RICHLAND COUNTY, SC – According to WLTX, one person is dead following a two-vehicle collision on Hardscrabble Rd near Clemson Rd Monday.
A Honda Accord driver was heading south on Hardscrabble Rd when they rear-ended a moped occupied by two people around 10:30 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced one person dead at the scene of the accident and transported the other to an area hospital.
Officials have not identified the victims.
