FLORENCE, SC – An alleged hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a pedestrian at E Ashby Rd and N Irby St on Jan 20, according to WBTW.
Trezahn Keilen Nykheim Stubbs, 19, is accused of fleeing the scene after hitting and killing Joseph LaBianco, 58.
Authorities arrested Stubbs and charged him with hit-and-run in an accident involving a death.
