ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC – Police responded to a car accident on Capital Way with reported injuries on Monday evening.
The incident occurred on Capital Way at Neeses Highway on Monday, November 22.
According to the South Carolina Department of Safety, the call for the accident was received at 5:40pm.
