CHARLESTON, SC – Police in north Charleston were called to the scene of a single-vehicle crash on Clements Ferry Road Monday afternoon.
According to a report by Live 5 Traffic, the crash took place at about 12:15 p.m. just before the I-526 westbound on-ramp.
