CHARLESTON, SC – Two people lost their lives in a four-vehicle collision at Calhoun St and Courtenay Dr Tuesday, according to Live 5 News.
The two fatalities were riding a motorcycle when the wreck happened around 4:32 p.m. First responders were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
In addition to the two fatalities, numerous others involved in the accident suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation by the Major Accident Investigation Team of the Charleston Police Department.
