NEWBERRY, SC – A driver fatally struck a semi-truck on I-26 WB on Tuesday, according to WACH.
Ulysses Angeles, 25, was driving a pickup truck west on I-26 near the 72-mile marker when he hit a semi-truck around 9:16 a.m.
Angeles died in the incident. He was not wearing a seat belt during the collision.
